The FLRV may, however, use third-party vendors, such as Constant Contact, to send emails. These services operate under an agreement not to sell or disclose email addresses or contact information to any third party. Upon becoming a member of the FLRV, and to facilitate your participation as a member of a Local Chapter or County Caucus, you’ll receive the name and contact information of FLRV representatives in or near your county of residence. FLRV representatives will also receive your name and contact information. It’s up to each new member to decide if they wish to become an official member of the Local Chapter or County Caucus in or near their county of residence. The FLRV is not responsible for data breaches that originate from the actions of any person or persons who gain unauthorized access to its data.
